ORDERING WITH POCKETMEN.COM
Ordering through our online store is real easy. You can do this 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Browse the collection and place your favourite POCKETMEN in the shoppingcart. When you have selected all the items you want, click on the cart at the top right corner of the screen and continue to ‘checkout’. Just follow the steps as they appear on the screen and that’s it; your order has been placed!

All POCKETMEN available in our online store can be paid for using IDEAL. All our IDEAL and credit card payments are safely processed by MOLLY.
All our prices are in Euros, including VAT but excluding the costs for shipping and handling. Though POCKETMEN strives to display the right prices on its website, errors may occur.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
After completion of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. All orders placed on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day and will be shipped within 2 working days depending on availability and payment verification. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
All orders excisting of 1 to 4 bags will be shipped as a package, including track and trace number.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the Pocketmen, it is possible to return or exchange the item(s) you ordered for another item(s) within 14 days. Contact email@example.com about the return possibilities. Refunds will be paid back into your account within 30 days.
It goes without saying that we expect the returned item(s) to be unused and in its original condition and shipment packaging. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Make sure you get a tracking number for your shipment. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and the costs of returning the item to us is at your expense.
